Education & Background

  1. High School
    Attorney Reed grew up only 20 miles away from Sugar Land in Rosenberg, TX. He graduated from Lamar Consolidated High School.
  2. Undergraduate
    Attorney Reed went on to study at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
  3. Post-Grad Work
    After undergrad, Attorney Reed worked for five years as an Executive Assistant for the Texas General Land Office and the Director of Marketing for the Texas Veterans Land Board (VLB) in Austin, TX.
  4. Law School
    After five years with the VLB, he left Austin to fulfill his dream of being a lawyer for the people. Attorney Reed graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1993 with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence.
  5. Bar Admissions
    Attorney Reed was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 1994 and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 1999.
